Piret has extensive experience in both investment banking and financial management of large companies, which enables a combined view of the management of daily work processes as well as the expectations of investors and financiers.
Her experience as the CFO of Starman and Bigbank included much more than adding up the financial results. The active role of Piret and her team in the development of products and services and in entering new markets, as well as several M&A and financing transactions and taking financial accounting and analysis to a new level supported the multiplication of sales and profit numbers of both companies.
Her key areas in Investment Banking (HSH Gudme Corporate Finance Oy and Trigon Capital) were capital raising and (cross-border) corporate purchase and sale transactions.
In addition to her daily work at Finsa, Piret is a member of the supervisory board of AS Tallinn Airport.
